We’re looking for a dedicated Recruitment & Attendance Coordinator to join our HR team in a meaningful, high-impact role. This is your opportunity to own the recruitment lifecycle from end to end, working closely with hiring managers and shaping the employee experience from the very first interaction.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment: job posting, CV screening, interviews, evaluations.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and support timely hiring.
• Manage onboarding processes including contracts and internal notifications.
• Maintain and manage employee attendance via the MELAM system.
• Generate recruitment reports and identify sourcing strategies.

What You Bring:

• Relevant academic degree.
• At least 2 years of recruitment experience, including in-person interviews.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• High efficiency, goal orientation, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
