Team Leader (React & Python)

A leading global company (confidential), under Nisha, is looking for a Team Leader to manage a hybrid team of local and remote React & Python developers.

📍 Location: Raanana | Hybrid model – initially ~50% work from home, with a gradual decrease in WFH days later on.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 7 developers (local & global).
• Drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable microservices-based applications.
• Ensure code quality, security, performance, and best practices.
• Manage cloud and on-premises deployments using Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with UX, product managers, DevOps, and QA teams across multiple locations.
• Conduct code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies in a hybrid (onsite/remote) setup.
• Implement best practices for productivity, asynchronous communication, and distributed teamwork.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with React (frontend) and Python (backend).
• 2+ years of experience leading hybrid teams (local + global).
• Hands-on experience with Django, FastAPI, or Flask (backend).
• Hands-on experience with Redux, TypeScript, or Next.js (frontend).
• Strong knowledge of microservices, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven architecture.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and agile project management skills in a distributed team environment.
