Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field TMaster's degree preferred). 5W10 years of experience in software engineering, including leadership roles.

Strong technical background in AI, machine learning, or natural language processing TNLP[ is highly desirable.

Excellent proficiency in Python with at least 2 years of experience.

Extensive experience in cloud computing platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, with at least 3 years of experience, preferred experience with AWS.

Experience with Apache Spark is a significant advantage. Experience with Apache Spark is a significant advantage.

Proven track record of leading and mentoring engineering teams to deliver complex software projects for at least 4 years.

Deep understanding of software development methodologies, architecture, and best practices.

Experience with Agile methodologies and a commitment to the Agile mindset.

Proficiency in using Agile project management tools such as Jira.

A "can-do" approach with a strong ability to drive initiatives and work effectively in a startup environment

Engineering Excellence: Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of our AI-based analysis and language models, ensuring they meet performance, scalability, and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Data Science, and DevOps, to drive innovation and deliver integrated solutions. !.

Technical Strategy: Contribute to the development of the technical strategy, aligning it with the company's overall business objectives and technology roadmap. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending and implementing advancements where relevant. !

Project Management: Manage engineering projects, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management, using Agile methodologies and practices. Foster an agile and efficient development process, promoting transparency and collaboration, and utilizing tools like Jira. !.
