Marketing Analyst

We’re looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to help turn data into insights that drive growth and optimization across our global B2C platform.

What you’ll do:

• Build and maintain datasets, dashboards, and reports to communicate performance and insights.
• Set up and manage tracking systems (pixels, postbacks, events) across major platforms.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and growth opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights on customer behavior, campaign results, and market trends.
• Monitor KPIs to optimize campaigns and user acquisition efforts.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to support strategic decisions.
• Identify ways to improve analytics processes, automation, and data accuracy.

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics for B2C (web & mobile).
• Strong SQL skills and deep knowledge of relational databases.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.).
• Experience in BI development, including ERD and ETL design.
• Strong analytical mindset with statistical analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly.
• A problem-solver with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Nice to have:

• Experience with BigQuery.
• Python for data analysis and automation (or willingness to learn)
