Lotus FemTech, an early-stage medical device start-up in the field of women’s health, is seeking a female CEO to lead the company into its next phase: fundraising, clinical partnerships, and market entry.

We are developing a smart vaginal drug delivery device that combines:

• Controlled drug release
• Real-time physiological monitoring (pH, temperature, viscosity)
• Wireless data transmission for personalized treatment
• Applications include recurrent infections, hormone therapy, IVF, and more

🎯 Who are we looking for?

• A mission-driven leader with experience in healthcare, pharma, or MedTech
• Must have proven connections to investors
