We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our GTM Analytics team. You’ll play a pivotal role in empowering our Customer Success (CS) group and broader go-to-market teams with data-driven insights that fuel growth, efficiency, and innovation.

• Define KPIs and measure them for the CS group to track performance and drive strategic initiatives

• Serve as an analytics focal point, working closely with a wide range of cross-functional teams
  
  

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into strategic insights
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI (we use Tableau)
• Proficiency in SQL
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• High level of independence and self-motivation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Business/Data Analyst or similar role
• BA/BSc in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
  
  

• Experience with Salesforce
• Experience in modeling data tables and building scalable data models
