Tech Lead – DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure

We are a growing business group made up of several independent companies, each a leader in its domain. The group provides shared IT, information systems, and infrastructure services across all companies. Our environment is dynamic and diverse – each company has its own needs, challenges, and pace, which makes the work both complex and exciting.

We are now looking for a Tech Lead in DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure – a key technical role with responsibility for driving expertise, strategy, and execution across the group’s DevOps operations. This is not a people-management position but rather a hands-on leadership role, setting methodologies, building infrastructure, and providing services across multiple companies.

• Lead the organization’s DevOps architecture: tools, methodologies, and automation (CI/CD, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code).
• Own the cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP) including performance, security, monitoring, availability, and scaling.
• Provide DevOps services across three companies – supporting, developing, and implementing tailored solutions.
• Define, plan, and implement development-support tools and services (Build systems, Release Management).
• Work closely with development, IT, and Cyber teams, actively participating in sprints.
• Contribute to strategic decision-making regarding infrastructure and future DevOps directions.

• ~5 years of proven DevOps experience (slightly less is possible for an exceptional match).
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Git, Jenkins/GitLab CI, Terraform (or equivalents).
• Hands-on experience designing and building CI/CD pipelines from scratch.
• Proven track record working with public cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) at Production level – setup, management, and security.
• In-depth knowledge of Security, Networking, and High Availability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills – ability to serve and interact daily with development and business stakeholders.
• Experience in technical leadership/mentoring (coaching), not necessarily direct team management.
• High flexibility and adaptability to shifting environments and dynamic workloads.
• Flexible, service-oriented organizational DNA with exciting, diverse challenges across different companies.
