A fast-growing mobile gaming company, headquartered in Tel Aviv, is building large-scale games enjoyed by millions of players worldwide.
The team is composed of experienced engineers, designers, and gaming experts, focused on pushing technical and product boundaries and delivering immersive experiences at scale.
The company is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to take its infrastructure to the next level. This role owns critical architectural decisions, improves reliability and delivery velocity, and combines classic DevOps work with hands-on infrastructure and application-level coding. If you enjoy moving between platform engineering, DevOps, and real code, this role offers broad ownership and impact.
Responsibilities
-Design and evolve a multi-cloud platform (primarily AWS, with some GCP & Azure) that scales with games and data growth
-Lead architecture decisions around resilience, security, and cost efficiency, including proactive capacity planning and FinOps
-Own CI/CD pipelines: improve speed, introduce blue-green and canary deployments, and enhance ephemeral environments
-Standardize GitOps workflows (ArgoCD) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) across teams
-Operate Kubernetes at production scale, automating deployments, migrations, and failovers
-Build and maintain observability and SRE practices (metrics, logs, tracing, incident response, postmortems)
-Collaborate with backend and data teams on Kafka, Airflow, and complex system migrations
-Adopt and integrate AI-driven tools where they improve engineering speed and quality
Requirements
-5+ years of experience in DevOps / Platform / SRE roles, owning production systems at scale
-Strong hands-on experience with AWS, plus solid exposure to GCP and/or Azure
-Deep experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps
-Proven experience designing and operating CI/CD systems, including canary and blue-green deployments
-Ability to write production-quality code (Python, .NET, Go, or similar)
-Practical knowledge of observability, reliability engineering, security best practices, and cloud cost optimization
-Strong ownership mindset, clear communication skills, and a strong bias toward automation
