💼The Role:

We’re looking for a sharp, proactive HR Ops Specialist to join us during a key maternity leave. You’ll help keep the people side of HAAT running smoothly, support our team, and improve how we get things done.

🔧 What You'll Be Doing:

• Run onboarding, offboarding, contracts & employee changes.
• Keep HR docs and records clean and up-to-date.
• Work closely with payroll, legal, and finance.
• Track time off and help with day-to-day HR needs.
• Make sure we’re always in line with Israeli labor law and company policy.
• Use Monday.com to stay on top of tasks.
• Jump into HR projects and help us improve how we work.

🎯What You Bring to the Table:

• 3+ years in HR ops or admin roles.
• Comfortable with Monday.com, Google Workspace, and Excel.
• Know your way around Israeli employment law.
• Sharp eye for detail, high discretion, and clear communication.
• Fluent in Arabic, Hebrew, and English.
