Engineering Information Systems Engineer

Engineering Information Systems Engineer | Yehud | Israel Aerospace Industries – Missile and Space Systems Division

We are looking for an Engineering Information Systems Engineer to join the Quality Management Directorate in the Missile and Space Systems Division. This is a key role in managing and improving process and product quality during the design, development, and implementation of requirements management and systems engineering tools.

The position includes:

• Providing comprehensive support for user needs in development tools managed by the Quality Management Directorate

• Leading development processes within the division

• Implementing methodologies in risk analysis and management, ensuring compliance with requirements and quality standards

• Serving as a knowledge focal point for Siemens systems engineering tools, with emphasis on Polarion and TCRM

• Collaborating with systems engineering and engineering teams to ensure compliance with requirements

• Participating in the specification, setup, and implementation of a requirements management system and its integration with PLM

• Acting as a knowledge hub for requirements management and systems engineering tools, including training and onboarding

• Analyzing engineering processes, defining KPIs and metrics, and leading process improvement initiatives

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, or Exact Sciences – required

• Master’s degree in Systems Engineering – advantage

• Experience in a development team, development support team, or managing information systems – required

• Experience with requirements management tools (Polarion, DOORS, Jama) – significant advantage

• Experience working with databases – advantage

• Process understanding and experience implementing changes and processes – advantage

• Ability to implement processes across the organization – advantage

• High-level technical English – required
