Responsibilities

• Lead customer interviews and discovery sessions to deeply understand complex problem spaces and uncover pain points.
• Map customer segments, evaluate business opportunities, and conduct competitor and market trend research.
• Build business cases for new features and long-term product initiatives.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions to explore innovative product directions.
• Partner with architects, UX/UI designers, AI experts, and engineering teams to deliver products customers love.
• Create and monitor KPIs and learning engines to measure success, optimize features, and drive business impact.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align product strategy with go-to-market initiatives.

• 5+ years of experience in product management (SaaS or web-based platforms).
• Proven experience in customer discovery and problem analysis using qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented approach with the ability to navigate complex systems and deliver elegant solutions.
• Data-driven mindset with a track record of setting and achieving measurable KPIs.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in proptech or real estate tech.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous discovery practices.
