What You’ll Do

• Lead customer interviews and discovery sessions to deeply understand complex problem spaces and uncover pain points.
• Map customer segments, evaluate business opportunities, and conduct competitor and market trend research.
• Build business cases for features and long-term product initiatives.
• Facilitate brainstorm sessions to explore innovative product directions.
• Partner with architects, UX/UI, AI experts, and engineering teams to deliver products customers love.
• Create and monitor learning engines and KPIs to continuously measure success, optimize features, and drive business impact.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to align product strategy with go-to-market initiatives.

What You Bring

Must-have:

• 5+ years in product management (SaaS, web-based platforms).
• Proven experience in customer discovery and problem analysis using qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate complex platforms and find elegant solutions.
• Data-driven approach with a track record of measuring what matters and driving product KPIs.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in proptech or real estate tech.
• Experience in growing mid-sized companies (100–600 employees).
• Familiarity with agile frameworks and continuous discovery practices.
