Software Engineering Team Lead

An AI-based SaaS startup optimizing digital real estate for advertisers. The platform collects real-time behavioral and engagement data to help advertisers deliver personalized ad placements, increasing revenue and enhancing user experience.

Based in central Israel (near train line), the company offers two remote workdays per week (Sunday and Wednesday) and has 100 employees globally, including 70 in Israel.

Core Responsibilities-

• Lead development team through all project phases while meeting business objectives
• Architect scalable solutions for high-traffic AdTech applications
• Make key technical decisions and implement quality standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications
• Mentor team members and optimize development workflows
• Key technologies: Angular (v15), Node.js, AWS, CI/CD

Technical Requirements-

• Strong experience scaling Node.js applications in production
• Working knowledge of Scala or ability to learn quickly
• Strong understanding and experience with AWS
• Expertise building client applications, preferably with Angular
• Experience with complex frontend state management and performance optimization
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
• Database optimization skills for high-volume applications
