Sales Development Representative

We’re on the lookout for an ambitious and driven SDR to join our fast-growing cybersecurity startup in the heart of Tel Aviv.

As an SDR, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth, playing a key role in connecting innovative cybersecurity solutions with organizations that need them most. This is a high-impact role where your work will directly shape our sales pipeline and help expand our reach in the market. What You’ll Be Doing

• Qualifying, researching, and engaging potential clients across multiple channels
• Proactively advancing prospects through the early stages of the sales cycle with a thoughtful, consultative approach
• Managing lead records, activities, and follow-ups in our CRM and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach)
• Prioritizing effectively and staying on top of a fast-paced, high-volume pipeline

What We’re Looking For

• Native or bilingual English - Must
• 2+ years of experience in B2B tech sales, sales development, or inside sales (cybersecurity preferred)- Must
• Positive, self-motivated, and highly focused with a “get-it-done” mindset
• Familiarity with both outbound and inbound sales practices, CRM systems, and sales engagement tools
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and adapting quickly in a dynamic startup environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Availability to work U.S.-aligned hours when needed
