Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ocean Import Coordinator based in Haifa. The Ocean Import Coordinator will manage daily import activities, customer service, and communication with relevant stakeholders. They will ensure compliance with regulations, handle ocean freight logistics, and resolve any import-related issues promptly. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and efficient coordination to ensure smooth import operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Freight Forwarding and Import operations
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge and experience with Ocean freight logistics
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in relevant digital tools and software
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Haifa
• Previous experience in the logistics or shipping industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
