Responsibilities:
- Managing a team in the areas of recruitment, administration, and collections
- Ongoing work with company management, financial stakeholders, and external suppliers
Requirements:
- Fluent Russian and Hebrew (conversational level) – mandatory
- Significant managerial experience in a similar role within medium to large companies – mandatory
- Knowledge of bookkeeping – an advantage
- Proven experience in team management and working with multiple interfaces
- Strong leadership, independence, organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Availability for full-time work (Possibility to work partly from home, flexible hours, option to finish by 15:30).
