Morning shifts only: 07:00–16:00 / 08:00–17:00

A leading organization is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our winning team in Jerusalem.

This is a key role that includes providing support to company employees and organizational systems, troubleshooting in real time, and delivering professional, high-quality service.

What does the role include?

• Providing technical support to company employees – in person and by phone
• Handling hardware and software issues, installations, and upgrades
• Working with organizational systems, internal applications, and IT tools
• Troubleshooting user issues and delivering high-level service
• Documenting, tracking, and closing support tickets

Requirements:

• Previous experience in technical support – mandatory
• Knowledge in troubleshooting hardware/software issues and working with operating systems
• Strong service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team
