User Acquisition team lead

a global performance marketing company that boosts growth with unified and holistic paid and organic strategies and is the biggest international performance company in Israel.

We are hiring a Senior User Acquisition Campaign Manager to join our team.

We offer a complimentary shuttle service for all employees from Tel Aviv to our office in Ga'ash.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

· Manage strategic accounts of Globally known brands on Google, Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok, Apple, Bing, etc. Campaigns

· Manage small team of 2-3 employees

· Work independently with international clients, managing the entire scale of communication with the clients including F2F meetings, phone calls & Skype meetings in English only

· Compile performance reports & analyse campaign performance

Requirements:

· BA/BSC university/college degree (advantage to a degree in scientific study, e.g. Industrial engineering, Economics, Business Management, Communication, etc.)

· 3-4 years of proven experience in managing user acquisition campaigns across Google/ Facebook- must!

· High analytical skills and profound knowledge of Excel

· High-level English - written and spoken- -must!

· Highly motivated with great communication skills

· Client-facing capabilities- must!

· Creative thinking and high attention to detail
