What You'll Own

Strategic Financial Leadership:

• Drive budget planning and variance analysis to optimize business performance
• Develop sophisticated financial models and conduct rolling forecasts
• Create executive-level dashboards and KPI frameworks for senior management

Business Partnership & Analytics:

• Partner cross-functionally with diverse teams to deliver financial insights
• Translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations
• Utilize BI tools and advanced analytics for data-driven decision making
• Lead financial system implementations and process improvements

Client & Project Management:

• Manage financial relationships across various industry sectors
• Participate in high-impact cross-company strategic initiatives
• Deliver monthly performance reports and ad-hoc analysis

What We're Looking For

Experience & Education:

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or economics
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Business
• Proven track record in financial modeling and budget management

Technical Expertise:

• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) - Advantage
• Financial systems experience (ERP, consolidation tools)
• Data analysis and visualization capabilities

Professional Skills:

• Fluent English - both written and verbal communication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
