🎯 Role Description

We’re looking for a full-time Marketing Manager to join our team in Haifa (on-site).

This role is all about leading the creative and strategic face of the brand – across digital, print, retail and campaigns.

You’ll be in charge of:

• Managing brand visuals and tone across all platforms
• Leading marketing campaigns, photo shoots, influencer collaborations, and storytelling
• Writing briefs, overseeing design, and managing content
• Working closely with the CEO and management on brand strategy
• Connecting business goals to marketing activity: site, social, newsletters, club

• ✅ Qualifications3+ years in fashion, lifestyle or beauty marketing – a must
• Strong eye for design, messaging and brand identity
• Proven experience in creative leadership and team management
• Comfortable with tools like Canva, Klaviyo, Meta, Shopify – big advantage
• Data-oriented thinking and goal-driven
• Excellent communication and writing skills (Hebrew required, English a plus)
