DIGITAL COORDINATOR – STUDENT POSITION

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and execution of social media campaigns across platforms
• Development of content calendars and scheduling posts using various CMS tools
• Hands-on management of social media assets with a strong focus on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Storytelling management: developing creative concepts, leading copy and content ideation, and translating briefs into impactful campaigns
• Driving follower engagement across all platforms
• Content creation – marketing copywriting, graphic design (posts, covers), and video editing (Reels, TikTok, Stories)
• Keeping up-to-date with trends, tools, and emerging technologies in the social media landscape
• Monitoring performance analytics, conducting insights-based analysis, and drawing actionable conclusions
  
  

• Proven experience (1+ years) managing social media assets in-house or at an agency
• Excellent copywriting and content editing skills tailored to different platforms
• Graphic design background and hands-on experience with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and AI-based design tools
• Content production experience, including basic video shooting and editing for TikTok and Instagram
• Proficient in short-form video editing (Reels, TikTok)
• Strong command of English (reading and writing)
• Creative thinker with a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively
