Job Description
- Perform daily testing of the company’s systems and website usage.
- Provide recommendations for improvements based on website usage, including competitor analysis and benchmarking.
- Open and monitor development tasks using JIRA.
Requirements (Must-Have)
- No prior experience required.
- Broad knowledge of the internet (advantage for familiarity with Canva, Desktop/Mobile usage, Office, Google Drive).
- High-level English (the work is focused on an international website in English).
- Strong computer skills and quick learner.
