About the Role

Play a key role in taking our products from market entry to true scale-up. This role blends strategy and execution: driving market research, competitive analysis, and go-to-market planning while shaping product readiness for scale through robust development and architecture decisions. Translate insights into clear growth roadmaps and guide both business expansion and technical scalability while working with cross-functional teams to deliver market-leading solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategies across the product lifecycle – from initial market entry to large-scale adoption
• Lead go-to-market efforts: craft positioning, differentiation, and competitive strategy to ensure JEEN.AI products stand out
• Build and optimize funnels that drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
• Partner with design and engineering to prioritize growth-related features and deliver high-impact launches
• Leverage data, experimentation (A/B tests), and customer insights to continuously refine the product and maximize adoption
• Track market trends, competitive moves, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for accelerated growth
• Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and customer success to ensure seamless alignment between product and market needs

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience with a strong focus on growth, adoption, or go-to-market strategy
• Proven track record of scaling B2B or B2B2C products in competitive markets
• Hands-on experience working with complex enterprise-grade systems, addressing the unique needs of corporate and global customers
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to design experiments, interpret data, and translate insights into actions
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills in English, for both technical and business audiences
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally (engineering, design, marketing, sales) in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience defining and scaling products leveraging Generative AI
• Familiarity with LLM prompt engineering and advanced AI tools
• Previous role in a growth-focused team (growth PM, product marketing, or data-driven product role)
