Commercial Legal Counsel - Temporary Position

We are looking for a talented, highly motivated team player to join our Legal team and serve as a Commercial Legal Counsel. This is a great opportunity to work on cutting-edge issues in an exciting, fast-paced environment. This position is a temporary about 12-months position to cover a maternity leave.

What will your job look like:

• Draft, negotiate, and approve a broad spectrum of commercial agreements with global customers, vendors, and suppliers.
• Provide ongoing legal counselling and guidance on various commercial issues, collaborating closely with internal teams including Finance, Sales, Procurement, and Operations
• Support compliance procedures and governance of the Mobileye group.
  
  

• LL.B from a leading institution.
• Approximately 5 years' experience as an in-house counsel of a hi-tech company or in the commercial/high-tech department of a big law firm.
• Practical experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing various commercial agreements.
• Understanding business needs and risks.
• Excellent Interpersonal skills for effective interaction with stakeholders as well as the ability to work independently.
• Fluent in English & Hebrew.
