Who are we looking for?

We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer with proven experience in team leadership, a strong architectural mindset, and robust hands-on development skills. In this role, you will lead a team of talented developers and play an active role in building advanced cloud-based systems, microservices, and complex technological solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of software engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining advanced software solutions.
• Hands-on development throughout all stages of the product lifecycle: coding, testing, code reviews, and deployment.
• Design and implement modern microservices-based software architecture.
• Manage and develop complex systems in advanced production environments.
• Work with AWS services, including infrastructure design, implementation, and optimization.
• Mentor and guide team members for technical and professional growth.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX, DevOps, and other stakeholders across the organization.
• Solve technical challenges creatively and efficiently while maintaining high standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of software development experience, including leading technical teams.
• Significant experience in software architecture and managing complex systems.
• Hands-on expertise in Go, Node.js, PHP Laravel, and Vue.js – mandatory.
• Proven ability to work with existing PHP Laravel code and refactor it thoroughly and accurately into Go.
• Experience with AWS services – mandatory.
• Experience with Microservices, RESTful APIs, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes – strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to drive team performance.
• System-wide thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to take full end-to-end technical ownership.
