We're hiring a Development Team Leader for a defense organization based in central Israel.
Responsibilities:
-Lead and mentor a team of software developers through the entire software development lifecycle
-Design, develop, and maintain applications using C# and React
-Oversee code quality, architecture decisions, and development best practices
-Utilize React Hooks such as useState, useRef, and useEffect for building dynamic UI components
-Manage version control and collaborative development using Git
-Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in development with C# and React
- Experience in leading development or managing a team
- Practical experience with React Hooks such as useState, useRef, and useEffect
- Understanding of software architecture and development processes
- Experience working with Git
