PC & Help Desk Technician

We are looking for a PC & Help Desk Technician to join our IT team!

This role includes providing technical support and solutions in the areas of desktop, network, servers, and mobile for company employees.

The job requires strong task prioritization, time management, and a broad system perspective.

What You’ll Be Doing?

• Providing technical service & support – troubleshooting issues with computers, networks, servers, and IT systems
• Supporting end-users – face-to-face, over the phone, and via email, while working with a ticketing system
• Monitoring and following up on service requests – documentation, tracking, and updating statuses for efficient resolution

What We’re Looking For?

✔ At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a large organization

✔ Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Office 365

✔ Experience managing users in Microsoft Active Directory

✔ Knowledge and experience troubleshooting PBX and IP telephony systems

✔ Experience with remote control software

✔ Hands-on experience with desktop and laptop hardware – diagnosing and repairing components (GPUs, power supplies, motherboards, memory, etc.)

✔ Basic understanding of networking protocols and security (SSL, DHCP, TCP/IP, DNS, GPO)

✔ Experience configuring and troubleshooting media & casting devices (TVs, streamers, set-top boxes, etc.)

Nice-to-Have

➕ Relevant certifications: MCSA, MCITP, CCNA

➕ Experience working with Mac OS

➕ Familiarity with ITSM ticketing systems
