Quality Assurance Engineer

A startup operating in stealth mode is developing an AI-powered agentic platform for cybersecurity teams. The company's goal is to transform cyber operations by empowering teams with intelligent, AI-based capabilities.

The company is located in Tel Aviv near a train station and operates on a hybrid model, with employees working from home on Thursdays. It currently has eight employees in Israel.

In 2025, the company secured an additional $4 million in seed funding, bringing its total raised capital to $12.5 million. The company already has paying customers and is now focused on scaling its operations.

The position involves working on a Security and AI/ML product and requires a strong understanding of how AI/ML models function. The role reports directly to the VP of R&D.

This is a founding role responsible for building the company's manual and automated testing framework.

Qualifications-

• Experience in QA/testing of complex software systems (manual or automated).
• Experience with automated test frameworks (e.g., PyTest, Cypress) or security testing tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• An understanding of how AI/ML models behave (non-determinism, edge cases, bias).
