Food And Beverage Manager

We serve up truly memorable experiences for our guests. But could you be our new secret ingredient? We’re searching for a Food and Beverage Manager to give our guests a taste of the high life by empowering our teams to deliver quality service and exceptional standards.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Continually focus on the rejuvenation of the culinary experience.
• Establish purchasing practices that meet the requirements of the Six Senses nutrition and sustainability platforms.
• Constantly assess Menus and Wine Lists to remain relevant and in line with Eat With Six Senses and sustainability practices.
• Instill a cost-focused philosophy through training and education.
• Establish and deliver pre-established financial returns related to revenue generation, profitability and ROIC.
• Develop, implement, and maintain local food and beverage marketing programs for the hotel.
• Monitor local competitors and industry trends.
• Operate the property consistent with all legal, statutory and financial requirements and documentation, reporting systems, contractual obligations, security and safety protocols, communications, product and service standards, host management practices and budgetary controls are implemented, reviewed and maintained to ensure the successful operation of the hotel.
  
  

What We need from you:

• 4 or more years related experience, including management experience
• Extensive knowledge of wines and regions of the different types.
• Luxury hotel experience - advantage
• Fluent in English and Hebrew.
• Ability to work full-time position, including weekends and holidays
• Permit to work in Israel
  
  

The position is located in the Arava dessert in Israel. Accommodation will be provided if needed
