Automation Test Engineer (ATE)

A growing, global technology company (publicly traded) is looking for an Automation Test Engineer to join its expanding team. In this role, you will develop and deploy automated tests, design and maintain test suites, and support manufacturing test plans to ensure the functionality of innovative products in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, and maintain automation solutions.
• Develop automation scripts in Python, C++, and C#.
• Create and maintain automated test suites for hardware, software, and systems.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize automation processes.
• Participate in code reviews and improve code quality.
• Document code and processes clearly.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in automation and testing.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience as an ATE engineer or in software development.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and C#.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Understanding of design, testing, and modification of electrical systems.
• Familiarity with test and measurement equipment (oscilloscopes, electronic loads, power supplies, etc.).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
