QA Automation Engineer (Multidisciplinary Systems)

We’re looking for a Test Engineer with strong automation skills to join a multidisciplinary systems team in the defense sector. You will design and implement end-to-end test strategies for complex software/hardware systems, working closely with algorithm teams, simulation environments and system integration groups.

What you’ll do:

• Define test strategy, test plans and acceptance criteria for integrated software/hardware systems
• Develop automation frameworks and test scripts in Python/C++
• Build and execute system - level test scenarios and simulations
• Integrate automated tests into system integration and verification flows
• Analyze test results, drive root - cause analysis and support design improvements
• Produce formal test documentation (plans, procedures, reports) in line with engineering standards

Requirements:

• BSc in Software Engineering / Computer Science / Electrical Engineering
• Test Engineer background: hands-on experience in test design, test planning and execution for hardware/software systems
• Strong automation skills: developing test frameworks and scripts in Python or C++
• Solid system-level understanding and analytical thinking
• Background in algorithms, embedded/real-time systems or multidisciplinary environments - significant advantage
• Experience in the defense industry / HIL - advantage
