Industrial Control Engineer

We’re expanding our engineering team and seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Control Engineer (or Practical Engineer) to design and implement process control, automation, and robotics systems in unique and challenging projects.

This role involves system design, programming, on-site commissioning, and close collaboration with our robotics, mechanical, and production teams. Willingness to travel to customer sites is required as part of the position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implementation of advanced control systems for industrial projects
• PLC and HMI programming (Siemens, Beckhoff, Allen-Bradley, and others)
• Integration with robotics, conveyors, linear motion systems, and pneumatic components
• Participation in FAT & SAT testing at customer sites, technical support, and training
• Preparation of technical documentation, testing, and maintenance of existing systems

Requirements:

• B.Sc. or Practical Engineer in Electrical Engineering / Control / Mechatronics – must
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in industrial control system design & programming – must
• Strong knowledge of PLC & HMI systems and industrial communication protocols (Profinet, EtherCAT, Modbus) – must
• Hands-on experience with sensors, switches, motors, mechanical or pneumatic systems – must
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings – advantage
• Experience with robotic or cobot systems – advantage
• Basic programming skills (Python, C, or similar) – advantage
• Familiarity with smart automation / Industry 4.0 – advantage
• Experience developing prototypes – strong advantage
