Quality Assurance Engineer

As a QA Engineer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Commugen's no-code platform. 

You will work closely with developers, product managers, solution architects and DevOps to deliver a seamless experience to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Testing Commugen’s no-code platform, including manual testing (and automated testing when needed)
• Performing API testing (e.g., Postman)
• Identifying, analyzing, and reporting bugs, and following up on fixes
• Writing and maintaining test documentation
• Creating, updating, and producing user guides for the system
• Collaborating with development, product, and DevOps teams

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in manual software testing
• Strong analytical skills, creativity, and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Bonus qualifications:

• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
• Knowledge of SQL
• Familiarity with bug tracking systems
• Background in information systems
• Understanding of UX/UI principles
