Role Overview

We are looking for an Information Systems Specialist to join our R&D team and take ownership of our internal systems and CRM platforms. As part of a collaborative team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing business applications, building automation processes, and ensuring seamless operations across departments.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Administer, configure, and optimize Salesforce and other business applications as part of the Information Systems team
• Develop, maintain, and enhance automation workflows to improve operational efficiency
• Design, build, and manage reports and dashboards to provide business stakeholders with actionable insights
• Collaborate with team members to manage integrations between Salesforce, WordPress, Linux servers, and other internal systems
• Support system users by troubleshooting technical issues and delivering training/documentation
• Maintain system security, user access, and data integrity across platforms
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in cloud infrastructure and IT operations
• Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, IT best practices, and new technologies to enhance system capabilities
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in IT, Information Systems, or Business Applications, with hands-on experience in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
• Proven track record in building and managing automation workflows (Flows, Process Builder, or similar)
• Experience with WordPress and PHP — strong advantage
• Familiarity with Linux servers and cloud infrastructure
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
