Junior Technical Customer Success Manager

Job Responsibilities:

● Serve as the primary point of contact for the company's Supply and Demand partners.

● Ensure the company exceeds partner expectations through regular check-ins and

relationship management.

● Manage performance-focused advertisers, understand their business goals and translate them into successful mobile marketing strategies.

 ●Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

● Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed targets.

Job Requirements:

●  B.A. in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.

● Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken (additional languages - an advantage).

● Strong verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

● Proficiency in Excel, including advanced features like: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.

● Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.

● Adaptable and quick to learn new tools and technologies.
