Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Support Specialist at IT Care Center - (That's IT). The role will be primarily located in Kfar Saba, with the flexibility for some work from home. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and utilizing analytical skills to address and resolve customer issues.
