Join Agora, a leading SaaS and FinTech real estate investment management platform based in Tel Aviv, offering modern software and expert services that help GPs, owners/operators, and investment firms streamline every aspect of investment management—from fundraising and investor onboarding to reporting, distributions, tax, and back-office operations.
We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to evolve and own Agora's investment management, embedded payments, and financial services solutions. In this high-impact role, you'll lead go-to-market strategies and product positioning, working cross-functionally with product, GTM, and financial services teams from pre-sales to customer engagement, upsell, and cross-sell. You'll gain a deep understanding of customer needs, conduct insightful market and competitive research, and translate findings into compelling messaging and effective marketing materials that bridge the gap between software and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for product launches and our evolved offering, ensuring stakeholder alignment across channels.
- Product Messaging & Positioning: Define and refine strategic positioning and messaging to differentiate Agora’s unique value in a way that resonates with our target market.
- Market Research: Continuously analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights, informing strategic product, marketing & messaging decisions.
- Sales Enablement: Create impactful collateral (battlecards, slide decks, case studies) and narratives for the GTM team that highlight our capabilities and benefits.
- Packaging & Pricing: Evolve pricing and packaging strategies aligned with customer value perceptions and market conditions to maximize revenue potential.
- Metrics & Optimization: Leverage data-driven insights to optimize product marketing initiatives, enhancing ARR impact and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Minimum 3+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally within fintech.
- Proven experience leading GTM strategies for comprehensive product offerings (beyond feature-level) in saturated markets.
- Proven success managing complex product launches holistically.
- Skilled in cross-functional leadership without formal authority, collaborating effectively at all organizational levels, including executives. Knows how to generate trust, ensure alignment, and build strong relationships with internal teams, providing advice and guidance. A person others love to work with.
- Adept at guiding content creation across marketing channels, ensuring clarity, impact, and strategy execution at scale.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional execution skills, balancing depth, quality, and speed. You know how to move necessary mountains and get things done, whether it’s developing strategic positioning with the CPO or writing new marketing e-mail content.
- Analytical, integrative mindset, leveraging data to derive actionable insights and measurable outcomes. You know how to connect multiple pieces of data, separate anecdotes from trends, and are skilled at measuring the success of product marketing initiatives.
- Outstanding messaging & communication skills: proficient in translating complex, technical concepts into simple, persuasive values, clear differentiation, and engaging sales materials.
- Deep desire and proven ability to develop subject-matter-expertise: you work hard to know your product, customers, and competitors inside out, eager to dive deep and avoid fluff.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive, results-driven execution: You dream big and push boundaries with your can-do attitude, know how to set your objectives and properly execute them, and how to generate excitement within the target audience even when working with MVP products.
- Strong prioritization skills, confidently focusing on impactful initiatives that move the needle, where your contribution is unique. You consider urgency and importance and are not afraid of saying “no” or “not now”.
- Customer-centric perspective: experienced in shaping product marketing strategies around customer needs and feedback, with a deep understanding of customer journeys.
