Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on development experience, including at least 3 years leading development teams
- Strong back-end expertise with a microservices approach using Node.js
- Solid experience with React and front-end architecture
- Proficiency with both SQL and NoSQL databases
- Passion for building products that create real business impact
- Strong coding practices, excellent communication skills, and proactive leadership
Advantages:
- Experience with Python
- Background in building scalable systems that process large volumes of data
Responsibilities
- Lead a full-stack development team working on a proprietary optimization platform
- Architect and build high-scale, data-driven web systems
- Be a hands-on leader: write code when needed, remove blockers, mentor team members, and drive progress
- Collaborate closely with product managers and performance teams to align technology with business goals
- Balance rapid product delivery with robust, long-term architecture and stability
