Configuration Control Specialist – Airobotics

Airobotics is a leading company in the development and manufacturing of advanced autonomous drone systems. We are looking for a Configuration Control Specialist to join our Engineering team within the Operations department. The role includes direct responsibility for engineering changes, working with information systems, and cross-organizational support across multiple departments.

• Create part numbers and manage engineering documents (revisions, updates, archiving).
• Work with engineers to receive requirements (drawings, datasheets, technical specifications).
• Lead ECO (Engineering Change Order) processes: update and replace components, maintain BOM.
• Participate in CCB meetings and support change decision processes.
• Work with engineering information systems: Arena, PDM, JIRA.
• Collaborate with R&D, Procurement, Production, and Operations departments.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and up-to-date status of technical documents and product structures.

• Student or graduate with a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management (80–100% position).
• 1–2 years of experience in Production Control / Configuration Control.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• High-level English (reading and writing).

• Experience with Arena, JIRA, PDM systems.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes of multidisciplinary systems.
