Experienced Database Administrator (MongoDB)

We are looking for an experienced DBA to join our DevOps team and work closely with different development teams across the organization.

This is a key role with a focus on MongoDB – you will be the first in the company to establish and manage MongoDB databases from scratch, while also optimizing, monitoring, and ensuring high availability of mission–critical systems.

Requirements:

Proven experience with MongoDB.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges.
Hands-on experience with high availability database systems.
Familiarity with containers, microservices, Kubernetes, and Helm.
Excellent interpersonal skills – a true “people person” who can integrate well with different teams.
