Development Team Lead

We are looking for a Senior Development Leader to join our core R&D team. This role combines hands-on development with system-wide technical leadership. You will design, build, and optimize highly scalable distributed systems while mentoring developers and influencing architectural decisions. Responsibilities

·Lead the design and implementation of distributed, microservices-based systems (Docker, Kubernetes, Pub/Sub).

·Drive best practices for high availability, scalability, and performance optimization.

·Write high-quality, production-grade code in Python (primary development language).

·Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define system architecture and roadmap.

·Mentor team members, conduct design/code reviews, and support professional growth.

·Stay current with new technologies, especially in distributed systems and AI/GenAI (advantage).

·Take full ownership of end-to-end features, from design to deployment and monitoring.

Requirements

·7+ years of experience as a software developer, with deep expertise in distributed systems.

·Proven hands-on experience with Python (must).

·Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, pub-sub messaging systems.

·Solid experience with databases such as MongoDB and Redis.

·Demonstrated ability to design and build highly available and scalable systems.

·System-wide understanding: ability to see the “big picture” while diving deep into details.

·Excellent communication and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide others by example.

·Advantage: Experience with GenAI/LLM-based systems or enterprise-grade AI solutions.
