We’re hiring a hands-on Creative Strategist on the Marketing team. You’ll turn insights into winning ads across channels. This role sits in Marketing and reports to the VP Marketing.

What you'll do?
- Tear down competitors and pull actionable insights we should test.
- Turn data into clear creative briefs for agencies and in-house designers.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to turn insights into concepts, feedback cycles, approvals, and learnings.
- Bridge creative and performance with UA/BI. You plan the learning agenda and track results. UA runs media tests.
- Ship data-driven assets fast, follow gaming/social trends, and keep our asset library organized.
What wer'e looking for?
- 3+ years in a digital creative role at a gaming company, performance team, or agency.
- Proven brief-to-asset execution with designers/agencies from kickoff to final files.
- Analytical and comfortable turning numbers into creative direction.
- AI tools savvy for research, ideation, creation, and iteration.
- Deep knowledge of digital ad platforms and creative best practices.
- Experience across multi-channel funnels, mobile-first, and direct response.
- Organized, fast, collaborative. Great communicator.
Nice to have
- Experience in gaming, rewarded apps, or loyalty and rewards.
