Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement HR policies and processes
• Create alignment between global offices/sites
• Manage daily HR operations: payroll, reporting, vendors
• Oversee employment compliance and local labor laws in multiple countries
• Partner closely with leadership and managers to support all people-related needs

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar HR operations & compliance role
• Proven experience building HR infrastructure from scratch
• Experience working with international teams or vendors (Asia, Europe, or US preferred)
• High-level English (spoken and written)
• Independent, structured, and proactive – with strong ability to drive processes end-to-end
