Hired as a company employee from day one

Join a top-tier Data Science team and play a key role in developing and implementing advanced analytical solutions using Machine Learning and AI.

You’ll tackle complex business data, build predictive models, and drive better decision-making across risk assessment, product pricing, and customer experience.

What you’ll do:

* Develop statistical models and Machine Learning algorithms

* Analyze large-scale, complex insurance data

* Build predictive models for pricing, risk assessment, and fraud detection

* Collaborate with business units to translate needs into technical solutions

* Deploy analytical solutions in production environments

* Research and apply innovative Data Science & AI technologies

What we’re looking for:

* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

* 2+ years of experience as a Data Scientist

* 2+ years of experience with Machine Learning & NLP models

* Proven experience in AI applications

* Hands-on experience with Big Data Analytics

* Strong skills in Python & SQL

* Experience with visualization tools (Tableau / Power BI)

* Background in insurance, actuarial science, or risk management – a big plus!
