Located in Tel Aviv next to the train station, operating on a hybrid model with two days working from home.

Role Description-

• Serving as a Senior Data Scientist, joining the core algorithm squad to architect, build, and deploy the foundational algorithmic intelligence of the platform.
• Designing and bringing to production probabilistic Time Series forecasting models, statistical modeling pipelines, and Machine Learning algorithms tailored for complex tabular data.
• Formulating and deploying algorithmic solutions to address real-world business constraints, supply chain planning dynamics, and mathematical optimization challenges.
• Taking end-to-end engineering ownership: from data exploration, feature engineering, and statistical modeling to building resilient MLOps pipelines and cloud deployment.
• Developing high-performance, maintainable code primarily in Python, utilizing Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn with an emphasis on rigorous classical ML and statistical methodologies.
• Collaborating closely within a globally oriented, English-speaking engineering and product team to translate complex industrial business logic into elegant algorithmic models.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field with 5+ years of industry Data Science experience, OR an M.Sc./Ph.D. in a relevant discipline with 4+ years of industry experience – Mandatory
• Proven, deep track record of solving real-world Data Science challenges utilizing Tabular Data – Mandatory
• Advanced, hands-on programming depth in Python – Mandatory
• High proficiency with foundational data science libraries: Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn – Mandatory
• Proven hands-on track record deploying and maintaining Machine Learning models in live Production environments – Mandatory
• Fast learner with the demonstrated capability to independently explore, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge research and new technologies – Mandatory
• Strong collaborative mindset, excellent teamwork capabilities, and fluent, professional communication skills in English (daily working language) – Mandatory
