Job Description

As a UX Writer, you'll play a crucial role in crafting the user experience and creating clear and compelling copy that guides and engages our users at every touchpoint.

In this role, you will:

• Write clear, creative UX content in the Wix tone and voice
• Own every stage of the content cycle, from brainstorming on initial wireframes to shipping perfect copy
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, UX Designers and other stakeholders
• Build upon and help maintain adherence to our style guide
• Work with other writing groups including Marketing and Knowledge Base to ensure a consistent user experience
• Conduct product and user research
• Coordinate localization efforts to ensure efficient and successful localization for our global audience (20 languages and counting)
• Juggle multiple projects at once, while prioritizing your tasks and meeting tight deadlines
  
  

• Content professional with native-level English in reading, writing, and speaking
• 2+ years experience UX writing
• Ability to collaborate with a product team to launch an excellent product under tight deadlines
• Passionate about writing and excellent UX, and a critical thinker with an eye for detail
• Familiar and comfortable using AI tools, with an openness to integrating AI into content workflows
• Understands the intricacies of maintaining glossaries and style guides
• Up-to-date on trends in UX and web content
• Team player who can give and take feedback constructively
• Able to create simple, easy-to-understand copy that helps users succeed
