We are looking for a Director of Business Development & Partnerships to develop and execute our business development strategy, foster cross-sector collaborations, identify, and cultivate new opportunities, and strengthen partnerships with leading organizations across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the organization’s business development and partnership strategy.
• Lead marketing, branding, public positioning, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Drive the development and execution of strategic cross-sector partnerships.
• Oversee internal organizational processes, ensuring cross-team alignment and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, strategic planning, and partnerships.
• At least 6 years of leadership experience, including managing and developing teams.
• Bachelor's degree required (master's degree – an advantage).
• Proven previous experience in marketing.
• Experience working across both business and social sectors (preferred).
• Previous experience in the high-tech sector (a strong advantage).
