Field Services Engineer

We're looking for a talented and driven Field Service Engineer to join our growing Israel team, supporting advanced electron microscopy systems (TEM, SEM, Dual Beam).

This role is ideal for someone with a hands-on mindset, strong technical troubleshooting skills, and a desire to grow in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform field service activities: installation, upgrades, preventive maintenance, and repairs

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across complex systems

Train customers on safe and effective instrument use

Coordinate your schedule with internal teams and management

Provide remote technical support via phone and email

Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through high-quality service

Document service activities (service reports, expenses, etc.)

Identify sales opportunities and provide feedback to internal teams

Requirements:

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent)

2–3 years of hands-on experience with advanced instruments (SEM, TEM, FIB, XPS, MRI, etc.) – OR 5+ years of relevant field experience for practical engineers

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Fluent English (verbal and written)

Proficiency in IT/networking (e.g., TCP/IP)

Team player who can work independently and remotely

Valid driver’s license
