Join our exciting sales development team
Our Sales Development Team partners with Field and Inside Sales organization to guide the early stages of the sales cycle and assist with new customer acquisition. We work closely with other teams, following up on campaigns and events to increase pipeline and generate demand for new customer revenue opportunities.
Become a trusted advisor to customers
As an SDR, you will identify and qualify enterprise account sales leads and opportunities in the CER Region. You will focus on analyzing business needs by conducting information-gathering to pre-qualifying opportunities through phone, social and email contact. You will be generating outbound qualified leads for regional or international sales teams.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying, prospecting and penetrating sales accounts within the CER Region to achieve pipeline and forecast goals
- Updating lead and prospect activity in Salesforce to ensure KPI attainment
- Collaborating in a business-to-business sales environment to position our technology solutions to a varied audience
- Setting qualified introductory meetings for sales team and nurturing top of funnel pipeline to facilitate sales opportunities
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have outbound prospecting experience or be able to demonstrate relevant, equivalent sales experience
- Have experience identifying business needs through information-gathering to pre-qualify opportunities
- Be comfortable speaking with decision makers via various mediums (social, email, phone and video)
- Have experience with Microsoft Office, Salesloft/Xant or Salesforce.com
- Enjoy working in a team and have a desire to grow in the organization
- Be fluent in both German and English
