Full Stack Engineer

Position: Senior Full Stack Developer (with optional team lead responsibilities)

We're looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a cutting-edge team working on complex, multi-disciplinary systems in a modern Web and Cloud environment.

You'll play a key role in building advanced systems with high-quality code and modern architecture, while also driving innovation and improving development processes.

In the managerial track – you will take on professional leadership of a small team of 3–5 developers, guiding development efforts and shaping the technological roadmap.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on software development experience – must.
• Proven experience in Full Stack Web technologies and Cloud-based environments – must.
• Strong backend experience with C# / .NET, and frontend experience with React / JavaScript / TypeScript – must.
• Deep understanding of OOD/OOP design and development principles.
• Experience with Microservices architecture – advantage.
• Background in GIS systems, video technologies, or data communications – advantage.
• Experience in team leadership or technical mentoring – advantage.
